We own and operate a portfolio of affiliated businesses, subsidiaries, and brands across multiple industries, and provide centralized strategic oversight, compliance guidance, and operational infrastructure across our businesses.
Legacy Business Group LLC does not directly operate consumer-facing platforms unless expressly stated. Activities may be conducted through our affiliated entities and subsidiaries, each of which may be subject to their own terms, policies, and disclosures.

Service Misuse
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or scraping technologies without permission
- Exploiting services for unauthorized commercial gain or misuse
- Circumventing safeguards, controls, or usage limitations
Unlawful or Harmful Activity
- Engaging in harassment, abuse, discrimination, or threatening behavior
- Facilitating or promoting illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized transactions
3. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT
Legacy Business Group LLC reserves the right to monitor usage, investigate suspected violations, and take appropriate action to protect users and our affiliated businesses.
Enforcement actions may include:
- Issuing warnings
- Suspending or terminating access
- Restricting services or privileges
- Reporting violations to appropriate authorities
- Pursuing legal remedies when necessary
Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion based on the nature and severity of the violation.
4. NO UNLAWFUL USE
Our services are not intended for unlawful use. Any attempt to use Company-managed resources in violation of applicable laws or regulations is strictly prohibited.
